I have tickets from the Goede Doelen Loterij, Postcode Loterij, ANWB or other partners of Fun Forest. How do I use these?

You choose your date at the website of the Fun Forest partner in question. After you have received the coupons (usually with QR-code) you can confirm your location, time slot and date at the Fun Forest bookings page. You then redeem your coupon/discount code at step 5 of the bookings process. This code will consist of 15 letters and numbers. It is important to remember you book the exact same products as are shown on your vouchers, otherwise the codes will not be able to be redeemed.

Are adults required to climb?

At every location there are trails where children are allowed to climb independently. For more exact information, however, consult the webpage of the park of your choosing.

The weather forecast is bad. Can our outing continue?

It is possible to climb during rain; this is absolutely safe. When however, the weather forecast is too risky, Fun Forest will contact you. When you wish to go another day this is possible up to 24 hours before your booked time slot. Cancelling is conforming the terms and conditions.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

This is not a problem; we will ask you though to eat and drink at the therefore designated areas.

Can I take my dog?

Dogs are allowed at the parks as long as the dog is on a leash and there is always somebody on the ground to watch the dog.

My child is 1 cm too short but has the appropriate age, is this possible?

No, the exact height (with shoes on) is required. Age is only a recommendation but can deviate.

How do you deal with cancellations?

You will receive a voucher for your next visit. We do not refund.

How do I redeem my coupon?

You can enter your coupon/discount number at step number 5 of the booking process. This won’t be possible afterwards. Do not forget to bring your coupon or discount number to Fun Forest!

Is there a dress code?

We will advise you to wear comfortable clothes and sturdy (closed off) shoes. Climbing with slippers, sandals or heels is not allowed.

Do I have to make a reservation?

We advise you to do so. This way we can guarantee you availability at your choice of park.

Is there still availability to climb at the park?

You can book your slot online. You will see directly on which days and what time there is still availability to climb.

Is er nog plaats om te klimmen?

Online kun je je tickets boeken. Je ziet dan direct welke dagen en tijden er nog ruimte is.

Wat zijn de kledingvoorschriften?

Makkelijk zittende kleding en stevige (gesloten) schoenen. Klimmen met slippers, sandalen, Crocs of hakken is niet toegestaan.
