Disc Golf at Fun Forest Almere

Looking for an active outdoor outing? Play disc golf at Fun Forest Almere! This fun activity is a combination of Frisbee and golf. Instead of a golf ball, you try to hit a special disc golf basket with a disc (Frisbee) in as few throws as possible.

The course winds through the beautiful natural surroundings of Almeerderhout, around our reception area at Fun Forest Almere. Along the way, you’ll encounter challenging obstacles, such as trees, bushes, and changes in elevation. Who can complete the course with the fewest throws?

Perfect for families, groups of friends, coworkers, or anyone looking for a fun challenge in nature.

How does disc golf work?

You start with a set of discs, a scorecard, and a map of the course. Then you walk along the different holes and try to get the disc into the disc golf basket with as few throws as possible.

At the end, add up all the scores. The person with the fewest throws wins!

Good to Know

To ensure that disc golf remains safe and enjoyable for everyone, we ask that you keep the following in mind:

  • Always check yourself for ticks after your hike.
  • Be on the lookout for giant hogweed along parts of the trail.
  • Be considerate of other visitors in the area.
  • Always follow the marked route and safety rules.

The disc golf course is located in a recreational area. During events, (part of) the course may be temporarily unavailable.
