Near Venlo you will find our adventurous climbing forest. In 2007 we brought ‘tree climbing’ to the Netherlands, and since then Fun Forest Venlo is the place for an unforgettable adventure in nature. Between the trees, with a beautiful view over the Venlo forest, you can push your limits and enjoy the ultimate climbing adventure.

Fun Forest Venlo is the hotspot for adventurers in the region! For more than fifteen years we have offered an adventure in nature with eight different courses. You decide how high you go – from a relaxed climb to the ultimate adrenaline challenge. Experience one of the most fun and exciting outings in Venlo and the surrounding area!

Discover our climbing forest in Venlo

Wondering what our climbing forest in Venlo looks like? Check out the Google Tour below and discover the atmosphere between the trees! The forest has courses for everyone, from beginner to real daredevil. You start low to the ground on the Easy course (2.5 meters high) and then choose for yourself how high and challenging you want to climb.

Below you will also find a handy overview of all courses by length and age. Good to know: course 9 (extreme) is not available for school trips.

Klimbos Mini (from 110 cm, 2 hours of climbing)

For the littlest adventurers!

In our easy courses, the smallest daredevils (from 110 cm) can climb, scramble and explore for two hours. The routes start at 2.5 meters and go up to 5 meters, ideal for building confidence in height in a playful way. Children are only allowed to climb here when accompanied by an adult (18+). This accompaniment is mandatory and easily bookable when booking.

Klimbos Children (from 130 cm, 3 hours of climbing)

For young adventurers who want more!

Are you ready to go really high into the trees? From 130 cm you may enter the medium courses: 3 hours full of climbing obstacles and ziplines! In addition to the easy courses, a child ticket also allows you to climb two of the medium courses. Is an adult climbing with you? Then you may climb two more courses, including one hard course!

Klimbos Youth & Adults (from 150 cm, 3 hours of climbing)

For the real daredevils!

Are you taller than 1.50 meters? Climb through the trees for three hours, from the easy to the extreme courses. With exciting climbing elements in the extreme course such as monkey bars, a climbing wall, a slackline, bungee jump and free fall, there is plenty of challenge for adults as well. Are you a little less tough-minded? That’s no problem, with an adult ticket you can also just climb the easy routes.
