Have you purchased a season ticket, but have already bought a separate ticket for it after you have already climbed with us this season? Then request a refund of the depreciation value of your ticket here!

Conditions for reimbursement

  • Season ticket purchase first – You cannot apply for a refund until you have already purchased a season ticket.
  • Age category must match – Ticket category and season ticket must match:
    • Mini or Child ticket → Season ticket up to 12 years of age
    • Youth or adult ticket → Season ticket from 12 years old and up
  • No double refunds – A ticket can only be refunded once.
  • Multiple tickets? – Fill out a separate form for each ticket.

  • Validity: The season pass is valid until the end of 2025 and can be used on all days we are open.
  • Age Category: The season ticket must match your age at the time of purchase. Are you 11 now and turning 12 later this season? Then you can purchase a season pass up to age 12.
  • Locations: Your season pass is valid at all Fun Forest locations in the Netherlands.
  • Personal use: The season pass is strictly personal and non-transferable. Misuse will result in invalidation of the card without entitlement to a refund.
  • Reservations: Reserve your ticket easily through our website.
  • Exclusions: The season pass cannot be combined with special packages such as children’s parties, company outings or school trips.
  • Identification: Your season pass must be shown at the box office each time you visit.
  • Safety: Participation in safety instruction is mandatory with each visit.
