1. Where you make a booking with us we require certain personal information to allow us to process your booking. This includes your name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or debt card number and card expiry date or information relating to your company or organisation in the case of a group booking.

2. We may have to pass on certain details to a company or organisation (our insurers, for example) in order that your booking can be processed. Your information will not be sold or provided to any other company for marketing purposes !

3. Fun Forest may contact you from time to time with details of our products, services or special offers or other information we think you may find interesting if you have indicated on our website, at our reception or during your booking that you wish to receive our newsletter or other information.

4. If you do not wish your personal information to be used for direct marketing purposes by Fun Forest please tick the box on the Disclaimer you will be required to sign before participating in the Activities (as defined in the Booking Terms and Conditions).

5. We may be required to provide information by law as permitted by the Data Protection Act or by a legal authority recognised by the European Union.

6. For your protection we respect your personal information and act according to the Data Protection Act 1998.
